Stainless steel
Kitchen construction materials
In the kitchen, stainless steel is the material that has iron and carbon composition below 1.2%, the most used being the austenitic standard AISI 304, composed of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, which gives it a superior resistance to corrosion, with good hardness and weldability.
Stainless steel allows the integration of sinks or burners directly into the countertop, without visible joints and at the same time countertop surfaces of customisable lengths, with seamless joining.

A new finish available for kitchen furniture is Peltrox ®, an innovative material in its appearance.
It is a classical AISI 304 stainless steel, certified for use in the food industry, with a surface treatment inspired by pewter, a traditional metal with a vibrant look, but unfortunately too soft to be used as such.
Peltrox ® is available for both worktops and furniture fronts.
